The group committee is made up of: chairperson, secretary, treasurer, chairperson secretary treasurer leaders and all of the parents of the youth involved. It is put in place for everyone to keep informed of the financial state of the group. Also to have knowledge of what is going on with all of the groups and information of different events. All parents are encouraged to attend these meetings.
The meetings are usually held in the Anglican Church Hall (downstairs).
The date of the next meeting will be Tuesday,Tuesday OctoberApril 21st__/09 @ 7:00pm.
